Of green CSR and RYTHM

Protection and care about the environment is inherent in Quest International Ltd's (QI) corporate social responsibility (CSR).

QI practices and promotes vegetarianism, and vegetarian meals are served at all its corporate events and functions, while its wellness spas use purely natural ingredients and treatments.

"Its our board decision to embark on going green and support environmental organisations around the world.
"The initiative is also central to our eco-tourism drive in Rompin, Pahang, from the design and construction of our resort using recycled and sustainable building materials to installation of energy-saving elements and systems.

"At the new operational headquarters for QI's group of companies in Malaysia at PJ8 in Petaling Jaya, which we'll be moving into next year, we won't, for instance, be using water in plastic bottles.
"And early next year, we'll be working with the authorities to plant and maintain 1,000 trees to green PJ. Also,  we're looking to adopt parks in the city," says Kuna Senathirajah, director of Wawasan QI Properties Sdn Bhd and head of QI Group's investment arm.

"Sometimes, money alone doesn't cut it. In addition to green CSR, QI stays focused as a responsible multinational through promoting education, reducing poverty and providing disaster relief via QI's CSR arm, RYTHM ( Raise Yourself To Help Mankind ) Foundation.

"For example, QI's multilevel marketing enterprise is at the core of RYTHM, training and developing peoples as our business partners and for their personal growth."
